Using Banquet Seats
Banquet Seats helps you organize guests, tables, and seating arrangements. You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking your final plan before using it for an event.
Only enter information you are entitled to use. Respect the privacy of the people on your guest list and protect access to your device.
Voluntary, one-time tips
The app offers optional, one-time tips through Apple In-App Purchase. Tips are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. You do not need to tip to use any app feature. A tip does not unlock extra functionality, remove a restriction, or change how the app handles your data.
Apple displays the applicable price and currency and asks you to confirm the purchase. Payment is processed by Apple, not by Kinora or this website. We do not receive your payment-method details.
Purchase help and refunds
Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases must be submitted to Apple. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law; we cannot approve or guarantee a refund on Apple's behalf.

- Find the purchase and follow Apple's refund-request process.
- Use Apple's purchase support guidance if you need more help.
Because tips do not affect functionality, app features do not depend on a tip or its refund status. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Your plans and local storage
Your plans are stored on your device. We do not maintain a copy, provide an account-based recovery service, or have access to your guest list.
Deleting the app removes its local data. Consider this before deleting the app or resetting your device. See the app privacy policy for details.
